Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting handmade pottery. Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped with care from my studio in Virginia Beach, VA.
Processing Times
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, destination, and shipping selection.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by carrier and location but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Handmade Nature of Pottery
All pieces are handmade and may feature slight variations in size, glaze, texture, and color. These natural variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade ceramics.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Whenever possible, recyclable or eco-conscious packaging materials are used.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at andrea@themuddyweaver.com.

Damage claims submitted without photos may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Hampton Roads area. Customers will be contacted to arrange pickup details after purchase.
