Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade pottery. Each piece is created and packaged with care. Please review the following refund and return guidelines before making a purchase.

 

Handmade Nature of Products

Because all items are handmade, slight variations in glaze, texture, shape, and color are natural and part of the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

 

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
 

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged during shipping.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at andrea@themuddyweaver.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging materials

 

Damage claims submitted without photos may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

 

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier after shipment. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

 

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already shipped or production has begun on a custom order.

 

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.
